Breath

George Floyd, black lives matter

Fighting for his breath as he cried,

Thinking it never matters if he died,

Now we know it mattered more

As million onto the streets that pour

To get the justice that was denied

And equality that was defied

Of solidarity and humanity, we speak

Rising and realizing no longer weak

The end so close yet seems so far

Outnumbered and at par

Giving it much of our breath

To make this, the last of such death.
